Cry to Code
Introduces the SEELS idea of development from human need, expression, order, symbol, and learning.
The SEELS Digital Montessori Education Diploma is a Japan-based 360-hour teacher formation program for educators, future proprietors, and Montessori-inspired practitioners. Learners may choose a best-value full diploma bundle or a flexible sachet route built around the Introductory Course and 9 stackable modules.
This Japan-based program is designed for teachers, aspiring educators, SEELS partner-school operators, and future Montessori-inspired practitioners who want a more structured professional pathway in practice, implementation, and school-building support.
The program organizes diploma progression, modular entry, and partner-school implementation more clearly.
Choose strong guided continuity through the full bundle or lighter entry through the modular sachet path.
Each module includes material preparation, practical work, lesson presentation, and demonstration requirements.
The Introductory Course is required before entering the specialist modular track. It is a separate foundation course and is not counted as one of the 9 specialist modules.
A gateway course for orientation, readiness, and entry into the diploma pathway.
Each module carries lecture, practical, and demo requirements and may be taken through the modular route.
After completing a module and meeting the required outputs, the learner receives module-level recognition.
Granted only after successful completion of all required modules and competency demonstrations.
The Introductory Course is the easiest first step if you want to understand the pathway, current schedule, and whether the full bundle or sachet route fits you better.
This pathway is designed not only for study, but for real implementation across SEELS-related educational programs, tutorials, school development, and teaching pathways in Japan and beyond.
Launch your own home-based tutorial program with support and guidance from SEELS.
Prepare to start your own classroom in the neighborhood under SEELS Montessori Juku licensure and program guidance.
Use the diploma as a foundation for starting a SEELS International School program in your locality, subject to SEELS standards and approval.
Increase your professional value in ALT and other teaching job applications in public and private schools.
The one-year 360-hour diploma becomes even stronger when complemented by the SEELS 120-Hour TESOL, certified by CPD Services UK. Together, they offer a more competitive professional profile for teaching and training roles.
Diploma holders may also progress toward operating the Speak and Code Juku after-school program in Japan as well as in the Philippines, subject to SEELS requirements, licensure standards, and implementation conditions.
Each module includes lectures, practical work assignments, material preparation, and required presentation or demo lesson.
Introduces the SEELS idea of development from human need, expression, order, symbol, and learning.
Presents Montessori philosophy, child development, prepared environment, and the SEELS reformulated framework.

Integrates all learning areas into a unified vision of connection, stewardship, peace, and purposeful education.
Each option differs in guidance, flexibility, schedule structure, and learning context.
Estimated installment: ¥22,000/month × 12 months
Note: If tuition payments fall into default for 2 months, the learner may be encouraged to move to the Flexible Sachet Path.
Per stage: IC = ¥22,000, then each module = ¥28,600
Considerations: Learners may need to wait for the schedules of enrolled student batches, typically around 10–15 per batch, and guided continuity can be weaker.
Estimated installment: from ¥18,700/month × 12 months
Considerations: Guidance may focus more on the teaching environment in the Philippines, which may not always fully apply to Japan classroom practice.
This lighter inquiry form is for people who want schedule, pathway, or tuition guidance first.
Granted after completing the Literacy Foundations Intensive Course, the official entry requirement for the specialist pathway.
Issued after each specialist module is completed with required lecture participation, practical outputs, and assessment.
Awarded only after all required modules, demonstrations, practical requirements, and final competency expectations are completed.
The Introductory Course is required but separate. Completion of only one or several modules does not yet constitute full diploma completion. The final SEELS Digital Montessori Education Diploma is granted only after full completion of the required pathway.
Use this full form if you are ready to proceed with application review.
