Future Fluency Tutor – Basic Course
A practical training program for Filipino educators and learners who want real skills and part-time teaching opportunities in literacy, coding, and robotics — without leaving their current work or studies.
This program prepares participants for part-time teaching and facilitation roles in after-school, weekend, and summer programs.
Many children struggle in reading, writing, and thinking — not because they lack ability, but because learning foundations were rushed, fragmented, or overly exam-focused.
At the same time, teachers and young adults are being asked to teach coding, robotics, and future skills without enough preparation, support, or confidence.
This training exists to bridge that gap. We start with reading, writing, and thinking — then gradually guide learners toward coding and robotics in a calm, practical, and age-appropriate way.
The goal is simple: to help schools, teachers, students, and K–12 graduates teach with confidence, support children meaningfully, and build sustainable learning programs for their communities.
This is a 2-month practical training program that prepares participants to teach reading and writing, thinking skills, coding, and beginner robotics in after-school, weekend, and summer learning programs.
The training is beginner-friendly and starts from how children learn to read and think — before introducing Scratch, basic Python concepts, and simple robotics activities.
No prior background in coding, robotics, or Montessori education is required.
The training is progressive and beginner-friendly. Each phase builds confidence before moving to the next.
Training includes guided practice and teaching simulations — not exams.

This program is designed and delivered by education organizations with hands-on experience in teacher training, classroom practice, and future-ready learning programs.
SEELS Teachers Academy has nearly two decades of experience in training educators in Japan and Asia, with over a thousand graduates now teaching in public schools, private institutions, and learning centers.
SEELS specializes in practical, classroom-ready training that enables teachers and facilitators to teach immediately — not just earn certificates.
Walnut Coding provides globally used curricula in Scratch, Python, and beginner robotics, designed for children and first-time learners.
Their programs emphasize project-based learning, logical thinking, and age-appropriate progression — making coding and robotics accessible without pressure.
The Future Fluency Tutor – Basic Course integrates SEELS’ literacy-first teaching approach with Walnut’s beginner-friendly coding and robotics curriculum.
We designed this program to be accessible to Filipino teachers, college students, and K–12 graduates, while maintaining training quality and support.
Available for participants who enroll on or before February 11
Applies to enrollments starting February 12
Early enrollment helps us prepare training materials, schedules, and teaching support in advance.
Facilitate literacy, Scratch, and beginner robotics programs.
After-school, weekend, and community learning programs.
Assist teachers as a facilitator or teaching aide.
Run home-based or tutorial group sessions.
Participation in teaching or facilitation work depends on program demand and availability. Participants are encouraged to form teams to run summer camps, with guidance and support from SCJ. Initiatives to offer summer camps to schools and institutions are welcome. This training is an enablement program and is not a job recruitment or placement program.
Select the option that best matches your current situation. All participants undergo the same training — with different pathways after.
Upgrade your teaching skills and prepare for summer or after-school programs — without leaving your current job.
Build real teaching experience and access part-time opportunities while studying.
Start with the basics and prepare for entry-level teaching and facilitation roles.
