SEELS Teachers Academy is a teacher-development program of SEELS Co., Ltd., created to help educators and aspiring educators build practical skills, confidence and meaningful pathways through education.
Our learning approach connects structured study with material preparation, lesson presentation, practical work, demonstration and reflective improvement. Programs bring together Montessori-inspired practice, language education and responsible use of digital tools. We also support educational cooperation and context-sensitive learning for diverse learners across partner settings.

Following the required Introductory Course
The complete cohort tuition is ¥198,000, including the required IC. Learners may also begin with the independent two-day IC at ¥18,000 or use the flexible modular route. SEELS awards the diploma only after all required learning, practical outputs, demonstrations and competency expectations are completed.

MILD Steward — Montessori-Inspired Learning and Development Steward
A SEELS educator-development pathway extending Montessori-inspired observation, prepared environments and purposeful instruction into sustained educational support for diverse learners.
Educational stewardship: thoughtful support over time
MILD Steward focuses on understanding learner strengths and barriers, adapting literacy and numeracy activities, maintaining learning portfolios, reviewing progress and working constructively with families and educators.
Five responsibilities: stewardship of learning, environment, continuity, family partnership and accountability.
MILD Steward is an educational professional-development pathway, not a qualification to diagnose, prescribe treatment or provide regulated therapy. The program's specialization and assessment arrangements are distinct from DME and subject to their own requirements.
Explore the appropriate entry route
In Japan, the DME pathway provides a broad Montessori pedagogical foundation. Post-DME professional specialization can extend that work into individual learner-support practice.
The Philippine WEA Clinic also introduces this field through a separate three-hour, post-IC applied orientation; that orientation is not equivalent to completing the full pathway.
International educational cooperation
MI-MAX — Montessori Inspiration to the Max!
An emerging framework for school-to-school educational cooperation, professional exchange and collaborative improvement. Participating schools retain their identities, governance and regulatory responsibilities.
Co-create rather than impose
MI-MAX encourages schools to identify what to keep, adapt and verify in their own settings, drawing on Montessori-inspired principles without requiring membership in a particular Montessori organization or adoption of one school model.

SEELS as curriculum-development facilitator
SEELS Teachers Academy supports collaborative planning and educator capacity development. Any project, site visit, institutional pilot or service arrangement requires the agreement and operational responsibility of each participating institution.
In the Philippines, SEELS Weekend Academy (WEA) Clinic provides a practical channel for teacher training, educational consultation, mentoring and implementation support.
A proposed GSMS Tagaytay learning-support collaboration is a potential educational application, not an operational SEELS clinical center or approved practicum site.

Unless expressly stated on a specific course page, participation or completion does not constitute a Japanese government teaching license, a university degree, automatic employment, authorization to operate a school or an income guarantee.
