SEELS Teachers Academy is a teacher-development program of SEELS Co., Ltd., created to help educators and aspiring educators build practical skills, confidence and meaningful pathways through education.

Primary Japan enrollment pathway
A one-year SEELS teacher-formation pathway for educators, aspiring educators and Montessori-inspired practitioners who want structured study connected to real educational practice.
The complete cohort tuition is ¥198,000, including the required IC. Learners may also begin with the independent two-day IC at ¥18,000 or use the flexible modular route. SEELS awards the diploma only after all required learning, practical outputs, demonstrations and competency expectations are completed.
