SEELS Teachers Academy began in Japan in 2006 with a practical purpose: to help teachers and aspiring educators build confidence, professional skills and new pathways through education.
Today, the Academy brings together teacher formation, Montessori-inspired practice, language education and future-ready learning. Our courses are designed to connect study with material preparation, lesson presentation, supervised practice and reflective improvement.

Our purpose
A new chapter in Japan
After a period of limited Japan-side activity, SEELS Co., Ltd. is resuming student enrollment for the Digital Montessori Education Diploma in cooperation with StepUp English School in Tama City, Tokyo.
Program provider
SEELS Co., Ltd. provides the SEELS Teachers Academy program and maintains oversight of the DME learning pathway.
Japan implementation cooperation
StepUp English School supports local implementation and learner coordination in Tama City under the SEELS program framework.
