Our Priority

Seels Teachers Academy was founded with a vision to uplift the lives and transform the image of migrant women in Japan, guiding them towards English teaching as a professional career path. As the world evolves and technology advances at an unprecedented pace, our commitment extends beyond traditional teaching methods. We are pioneering the integration of English education with coding and programming, ensuring our educators are at the forefront of modern education.

Our goal is to continuously enhance the skills and expertise of our teachers in integrated English, coding, and programming, making digital education affordable and accessible for parents and children. Through our social franchise model, Seels English and Coding School, in conjunction with curriculum development from our sibling institution, the Tokyo Blockchain Academy, and in collaboration with global partners, we provide sustainable and inclusive educational solutions that empower both educators and learners worldwide.

As part of our commitment to Montessori education, we are actively developing Montessori supplementary learning apps with seasonal releases that make high-quality, inclusive, and affordable Montessori education accessible to children around the world.

Our Story

Founded in 2006, Seels Teachers Academy began with a clear purpose: to uplift and transform the lives of educators, particularly migrant teachers and aspiring educators seeking career advancement and international opportunities. Since our inception, we have trained thousands of educators, many of whom have gone on to teach successfully in public and private schools.

In the Fiscal Year 2013-2014, we were honored with an award from the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry for our efforts in Social Business Development, marking a pivotal moment in our journey. From that milestone onward, our success has continued to grow, expanding our reach, impact, and commitment to educational innovation and social transformation.

As a social enterprise, we reinvest in expanding access to quality education, scholarships, and training initiatives for underprivileged communities. Our impact extends beyond the classroom, shaping the future of education through inclusive, tech-driven, and globally recognized teacher training programs.
