A One-Year Course To Become A Licensed Seels DX International School Teacher and Proprietors
The Digital Montessori Education program is a comprehensive one-year course designed to equip aspiring educators with the skills and credentials necessary to become licensed Seels DX International School teachers and proprietors. This program seamlessly integrates Montessori pedagogical principles with modern digital methodologies, ensuring educators are well-prepared for contemporary classroom environments. Notably, the program was recognized at the 29th Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) International Congress, held from August 2–5, 2023, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, Thailand.
In addition, the Seels DX International Preschool Teacher Diploma is a comprehensive, work-based learning (WBL) program designed for educators who want to specialize in Montessori-inspired early childhood education with a strong foundation in E-STEAM (English in Science, Technology, Environment, Arts, and Math). This program integrates digital transformation (DX) concepts, equipping teachers with the skills needed for 21st-century classrooms.
Syllabus Overview
The program consists of 40 units structured over a 40-week school calendar in Japan. It is designed to equip teachers with English Language Teaching Foundations, Digital Literacy, and Montessori-inspired methodologies, ensuring a well-rounded approach to modern English education.
English Language Teaching Foundation (16 Units)
This hybrid module immerses teachers in interactive experiences to help young learners experience the functions of speech, word analysis, and grammar. The curriculum focuses on lower elementary language development, incorporating intonation, sentence structure, and deeper grammar studies. Teachers will also gain insights into the Japanese learning environment, using this knowledge to develop practical lesson activities and practical teaching demonstrations as an alternative to written exams.
Digital Literacy and Tech Integration (8 Units)
This segment provides essential computer training, covering hardware, software applications, and Google Suite tools.
