Program Structure and Tuition Breakdown

The SEELS Digital Montessori Education Program is divided into two 6-month phases:

1. Montessori Teacher Training & Certification (6 months)

  • Online classes, mentoring, and digital resource access
  • Earn a Certificate of Completion from SEELS Teachers Academy Japan
2. School Business Administration & Management (6 months)
  • For those who plan to franchise or legally register their Montessori Juku
  • Includes business coaching, operations planning, and compliance preparation
Optional Internship/Hands-On Training
Internship opportunities are available in the Philippines, Japan, or Vietnam. These are not included in the tuition fee and are taken at the student's own travel and living expenses.

Tuition Fee: ₱3,000/month × 6 months = ₱18,000 total

Q1: Who can enroll in the SEELS Digital Montessori Education Program?  

Anyone passionate about early childhood education—mothers, caregivers, teachers, OFWs, or community members—can enroll. No prior teaching experience is required.

Q2: What is the duration of the program?

The program is divided into two 6-month phases: Montessori Teacher Training and Certification (first 6 months), and School Business Administration & Management including computer and cloud marketing toolkit(second 6 months).

Q3: Is it possible to join only the first phase?

Yes, participants may choose to complete only the teacher training phase. However, those planning to franchise or open a registered Juku must complete both phases.

Q4: What are the tuition fees and payment options?

A: The tuition fee is ₱3,000/month for 6 months (₱18,000 total), with a one-time registration fee of ₱1,500. Flexible monthly installment plans are available.

Q5: Are scholarships available?

A: Yes, we offer scholarships for less privilege mothers, caregivers, and referrals from partner organizations and Local Government Unit (LGU).

Q6: Is the internship required?

A: No. The internship is optional and offered at SEELS training hubs in the Philippines, Japan, or Vietnam. Travel and accommodation costs are at the student’s own expense.

Q7: Will this training help me open a legal daycare center?

A: Yes. We guide you in fulfilling DSWD, LGU, DTI/SEC, and BIR requirements to register and operate a compliant Montessori daycare business.

Q8: Can OFWs enroll their relatives from abroad?

Absolutely. OFWs can sponsor a family member and monitor their training progress. Sponsorship options and updates are available.

Q9: What kind of support will I receive during and after the course?

Students receive live coaching, downloadable resources, and access to a peer network. Graduates may also join our cooperative or franchise network.

Q10: Is there a physical certificate upon graduation?

Yes, graduates receive a certificate from SEELS Teachers Academy Japan, with an option to request a mailed copy or digital version.

Q11: What is the Free Landing Page with Online Teaching Provision?

Each student receives a free landing page designed to help them begin offering online classes. This is backed by the Future Fluency Teacher Training on Computer, Cloud, and Marketing Toolkit. The goal is to help franchisees build visibility, offer services online, and begin earning even before opening a physical daycare. SEELS provides teaching curriculum and technical assistance to support this initiative.

Q12: Can we attend the graduation ceremony in Tokyo?

Yes, you can join the graduation ceremony held in Tokyo at your own travel and lodging expenses.
